Starting from the Constanța Railway Station, exit the station and head east on Strada Nicolae Titulescu. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul Ferdinand. Turn left onto Bulevardul Ferdinand and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the coast. Once at the coast, turn right and walk along the waterfront promenade. You will see the Casino building on your left. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Strada Caraiman. Turn left onto Strada Caraiman, and the Lighthouse of Constanța will be located on your right.
