Getting There

  • Public Transport - Bus

    Start at the Constanta train station (Gara Constanta). From there, head to the bus station located adjacent to the train station. Look for buses heading towards Agigea. The bus line 40 or any bus with 'Agigea' in its destination will work. The ride should take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to ask the driver if you are unsure. Get off at the stop labeled 'Plaja Agigea' or 'Cherhana'. From the bus stop, follow the signs to the beach, which is a short walk away.

  • Public Transport - Tram

    Starting from the central area, make your way to the Tram Station on Bdul. Tomis. Board Tram Line 5 heading towards Mamaia. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the last stop, Mamaia. From there, you will need to walk to the bus station (it's about a 10-minute walk). Take a bus that goes to Agigea or directly to 'Plaja Agigea'. Once you arrive at the beach stop, follow the signs leading to the beach area.

  • Walking

    If you are near the waterfront area of Constanta, you can walk to Plaja Agigea; however, it is quite a distance (approximately 12 km). Start from the Constanta Casino and walk along the coast road (Bdul. Regina Elisabeta) heading south. Continue along the coastline, passing various beaches until you reach Agigea. This walk will take about 2.5 to 3 hours, so ensure you have water and sun protection.
