If you're traveling by car, start from Târgoviște, the capital of Dâmbovița County. Head southwest on DN72 towards Moreni. Continue on DN72 for about 43 km. When you reach Moreni, follow signs for DJ720 towards Pucioasa. After approximately 10 km, you will see signs for Peștera Stanciului. Follow the signs and drive to the parking area near the cave entrance. Note that there may be a small parking fee.
Public Transportation
To reach Peștera Stanciului via public transport, take a bus from Târgoviște to Moreni. The bus station in Târgoviște is located near the city center. Buses run regularly, and the ticket costs around 10 RON. After arriving in Moreni, switch to a local bus heading towards Pucioasa. This bus typically leaves from the same station. After approximately 20 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop for Peștera Stanciului. From there, it is a short walk to the cave entrance.
Taxi
