If you are starting from the Deva Train Station, exit the station and head towards Strada 22 Decembrie. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918. Turn right onto Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918 and continue walking. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see a large park area on your left-hand side. Continue walking until you reach the entrance of the park, which will lead you towards Fântâna arteziană.

From Deva, you can take a local bus (Bus Line 1 or 2) from the main bus station. Get off at the stop called 'Parcul Cetății'. From there, walk east into the park. Fântâna arteziană is located within the park area, and you will see the fountain as you walk deeper into the park.
