If you're starting from the center of Deva, head south on Strada 1 Decembrie towards Bulevardul 1 Decembrie. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul Mihai Viteazu. Turn left onto Bulevardul Mihai Viteazu and walk for another 300 meters. You will see a large building with classical architecture on your right, which is the Deva Opera House. Parcul Operei is located directly behind the Opera House. Simply walk around to the back of the building, and you will enter the park area.

If you're near the Deva Train Station, you can take a local bus towards the city center. Board bus number 1 or 2, which will take you to the 'Piața Unirii' stop. From there, walk south on Strada 1 Decembrie for about 500 meters. At the intersection with Bulevardul Mihai Viteazu, turn left and continue walking for about 300 meters until you reach the Deva Opera House. Parcul Operei is located just behind the Opera House.
