Walking
Start from the center of Deva, at the Deva Fortress entrance. Head south on Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918, walking towards the main square. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Avram Iancu. Turn right onto Strada Avram Iancu. Follow this street as it curves and merges into Strada Unirii. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the intersection with Unnamed Road. Turn left onto Unnamed Road. The Old Orthodox Church's Tower will be located a short distance down this road on your right.
Public Transport
From Deva's main bus station, take any bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the stop called 'Casa de Cultura.' From there, walk south on Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918 for about 5 minutes until you reach Strada Avram Iancu. Turn right onto Strada Avram Iancu, then follow the same directions as above from that point.
