Walking
If you are in the center of Deva, start at the Deva Town Hall (Primăria Deva) located on Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. From there, head east on Strada 1 Decembrie 1918 until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul 1 Decembrie. Turn left onto Bulevardul 1 Decembrie and walk straight. After approximately 500 meters, you will arrive at Citadel Park (Parcul Cetății). The statue is located within the park area. As you enter the park, look for the prominent statue of Mihai Eminescu, which is easily visible.
Public Transport
From Deva's main bus station (Autogara Deva), take bus number 2 towards 'Centrul' and alight at the 'Centrul' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk towards the east on Bulevardul 1 Decembrie for about 400 meters. You will see the entrance to Citadel Park on your right. Enter the park, and the statue of Mihai Eminescu is located within the park grounds.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start at Deva's central square (Piața Victoriei). Head south on Bulevardul 1 Decembrie. Continue for about 1 km until you reach Citadel Park. The statue is located inside the park, and you can easily find bike racks near the entrance.
