If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the nearest major city, Constanța. Head south on the DN39 road towards Mangalia. The journey is approximately 45 km and takes about 50 minutes. Upon reaching Mangalia, follow the signs toward the city center and then to the coastline. The Genoese Lighthouse is located near the beach area, specifically at coordinates 43.8035389 latitude and 28.5891455 longitude. There is limited parking available near the lighthouse, so it is advisable to arrive early to secure a spot.

For those using public transportation, you can take a train from Constanța to Mangalia. The train departs frequently, and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Mangalia train station, you can catch a local bus or taxi to the Genoese Lighthouse. If taking a bus, board line 1 which will take you closer to the beach area. Get off at the stop closest to the beach and walk a short distance towards the lighthouse. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary.
