If you are traveling by car, head towards the city of Rupea. From the center of Dobruja, take the E60 road towards Brașov. Follow the signs for Rupea and exit onto DN13. Continue straight until you reach Strada Cetății in Rupea. The citadel will be on your left. Parking is available near the entrance. Please note that you may need to pay for parking, which is typically around 5 RON per hour.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from major cities in Dobruja to Rupea. Check local schedules for buses heading to Rupea, as they are less frequent. Once you arrive at the Rupea bus station, it is approximately a 15-minute walk to Rupea Citadel. Head northeast on Strada 1 Decembrie until you reach Strada Cetății, where the citadel is located. Be prepared for some uphill walking as you approach the citadel.
