If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the town of Făgăraș. Head south on DN1 towards the village of Cârța. Continue on this road for approximately 24 km until you reach the village of Hârseni. From Hârseni, turn onto DJ105 and follow it towards the direction of Piscu Negru. After about 10 km, you will reach the trailhead for Cascada Piscul Negru. There is a small parking area available close to the trailhead, but be cautious as it can get crowded during peak tourist seasons. Parking may incur a small fee.
