If you are in the city center of Focsani, start at Piata Unirii, which is a central square. From there, head east along Strada 1 Decembrie 1918, passing by local shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach Bulevardul Gării. Turn left onto Bulevardul Gării, and walk for about 10 minutes. The History Museum will be on your right side.
