From the center of Giurgiu, head southwest on Strada 1 Decembrie 1918 towards Strada Mare. Continue on this road for about 2 km until you reach the intersection with DJ503. Turn left onto DJ503 and follow it for approximately 6 km. When you reach the town of Budeni, look for signs directing you to DJ411. Turn right onto DJ411 and continue for about 3 km. Delta Neajlovului will be on your left, and you will see signs for the nature preserve.
