From Hunedoara, head southeast on DN66 towards Deva. Continue driving for approximately 12 km. You will see signs for 'Ancestors' Throne' as you approach the site. Look for a small parking area on the right side of the road near the entrance. There are no parking fees.
Public Transportation
Take a local bus from Hunedoara to Deva. The bus station is located at str. 1 Decembrie 1918. Buses run every hour, and the ticket costs around 5 RON. Once you arrive in Deva, you will need to transfer to a bus heading towards Petrosani. After approximately 30 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop for 'Ancestors' Throne' along DN66. From the bus stop, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the site.
