Car
If you are driving from the center of Hunedoara, start by heading southwest on Strada Horea toward Strada Dacilor. Continue straight onto Strada Mihai Viteazul. After approximately 1.5 km, turn left onto Strada Constantin Bursan. You will find Turnul de racire at the end of this street. There is usually parking available nearby, but be mindful of any parking regulations in the area.
Public Transportation
To reach Turnul de racire using public transportation, start at the Hunedoara bus station. Take bus number 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at the stop named Strada Horea. From there, it's a 15-minute walk. Head southwest on Strada Horea toward Strada Dacilor, then continue straight onto Strada Mihai Viteazul. Finally, turn left onto Strada Constantin Bursan, and you will arrive at Turnul de racire.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of the city center, you can walk to Turnul de racire. Start from the main square (Piața Unirii) and head southwest on Strada Horea. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Strada Mihai Viteazul. Turn left and walk until you reach Strada Constantin Bursan. Turn left again, and you will find Turnul de racire at the end of this street. This is a lovely walk through the city.
