To reach the Gheorghe Asachi Statue by car, start from the center of Iași. Head southeast on Strada Lăpușneanu towards Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt. Continue straight for approximately 1 km. The statue is located at Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt 30, which is easily accessible with street parking available nearby. Be aware that parking may incur a fee.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can take bus number 28 from the Iași Central Bus Station (Autogara Iași) to the stop 'Teatrul Național'. The journey takes about 15 minutes. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes towards Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt. The statue will be on your left at number 30. A single bus ticket costs approximately 2 RON.
Walking
For those staying close to the city center, walking is a pleasant option. From the Union Square (Piața Unirii), take Strada Ștefan Cel Mare towards the east. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt. The statue is located at number 30, right across from the National Theater.
