If you are driving, set your GPS to 'Str. Jean Louis Calderon 69, București 020039'. From the center of Ilfov, take DN1 towards Bucharest. Continue on this road until you reach the Bulevardul Aviatorilor intersection. Turn right onto Bulevardul Aviatorilor, and then turn left onto Calea Victoriei. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Str. Jean Louis Calderon, where you will turn right. The park is located on your left.

Public Transportation
To reach Parcul Grădina Icoanei by public transport, take the train from any station in Ilfov to Bucharest North (Gara de Nord). Once you arrive, transfer to Metro Line 1 (the yellow line) at Gara de Nord. Travel towards Dristor 2 and get off at the Piața Victoriei station. From there, exit the metro and take Bus 331 from the nearby bus stop. Get off at the 'Str. Jean Louis Calderon' bus stop. The park will be a short walk away, just a few minutes down the street.
