If you're driving from central Ilfov, take the DN1 road towards Bucharest. Follow the signs for București and merge onto the A3 motorway. Continue on this road for about 10 km. Take the exit towards Bulevardul Basarabia and merge onto it. Follow the road until you reach Strada Chiristigiilor. Turn left onto Strada Chiristigiilor, and you will see Parcul Obor on your right. There is usually street parking available, but be aware that it may incur fees depending on the time of day.
