If you're driving from the center of Neamț, head south on Strada Ștefan cel Mare towards Strada Mihai Eminescu. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Cetății. Turn left onto Strada Cetății. Follow this road for about 3 km, and you will see the Neamț Citadel on your right. There is parking available near the entrance, but be sure to check for any parking fees.
