Car
If you are driving from the city center of Piatra Neamț, head southeast on Bulevardul Decebal towards Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Mihai Eminescu, where you will turn right. Follow Strada Mihai Eminescu until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Strada Petru Rareș, and after approximately 2 km, turn left onto Strada Muntele Cozla. Follow this road as it winds upwards until you reach the Muntele Cozla area. Parking is available near the entrance to the hiking trails, but be prepared for a short walk if the parking area is busy.

To reach Muntele Cozla via public transport, begin at the main bus station in Piatra Neamț (Autogara Piatra Neamț). Look for buses heading to the Piatra Neamț cable car station (Telecabina Piatra Neamț). The bus ride will take around 15-20 minutes, and the fare is approximately 3-5 RON.
