Continue on DJ713 until you reach the parking area at its end, where you can park your car. The drive takes approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take a train from your location in Prahova Valley to the Sinaia train station. Trains run frequently and the journey typically lasts about 30 minutes. Once you reach Sinaia, you can take a local bus or taxi to the DJ713 road. The bus will take you closer to the Bucegi Mountains, and from the bus stop, you may need to walk a short distance to the parking area where the hiking trails begin.
Hiking
After parking your car or getting off the bus, you will find various marked hiking trails that lead into the Bucegi Plateau. Be sure to wear appropriate hiking footwear and bring water. The trails can vary in difficulty, so choose one that matches your fitness level.
