Walking
Start from the center of Râmnicu Vâlcea, near the 'Mihai Viteazul' statue. Head east on Strada Nicolae Bălcescu. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Strada Calea lui Traian. Turn left and walk for another 500 meters until you reach the 'Parcul Zăvoi' (Zăvoi Park). Enter the park and follow the walking paths towards the northern exit. Once you exit the park, turn right onto Strada Căpitan Pătru. Walk straight for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see the sign for Popasul terasa capelanilor on your left side. The location is about 100 meters from the main road.

From the Râmnicu Vâlcea bus station, take bus line 12 towards 'Băile Olănești'. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Căpitan Pătru' stop. From there, walk back about 100 meters towards the main road, then turn left and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will see Popasul terasa capelanilor on your left side.
