Walking

If you are in the city center of Satu Mare, head southeast on Strada Traian toward Piața 25 Octombrie. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Strada I.C. Bratianu. Turn left on Strada I.C. Bratianu. Walk for about 300 meters until you reach Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918. Turn right onto Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918 and continue for approximately 400 meters. Eventually, you will see Parc Bălcescu on your left side. It's a beautiful park with plenty of greenery and walking paths.
Public Transport

From the main bus station (Autogara Satu Mare), take bus number 2 towards 'Piața 25 Octombrie.' After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918.' From there, walk about 200 meters to the east until you reach Parc Bălcescu. The park should be on your right side.
