If you are starting from the Satu Mare city center (Piața 25 Octombrie), head southeast on Strada Vasile Alecsandri towards Bulevardul Octavian Goga. After approximately 300 meters, turn left onto Bulevardul Octavian Goga. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection with Strada Horea. Turn right onto Strada Horea. ClaTos will be located on your left side at number 2.
