Getting there

Car

If you are driving from Sibiu city center, head towards Strada Cetății. Start on Bulevardul Nicolae Balcescu and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Strada Calea Dumbravii. Follow the road for about 2 km and then turn left onto Strada Cetății. After approximately 1 km, you will find Potters Tower on the right side. There is limited street parking available nearby, so plan to arrive early during peak tourist hours.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, you can catch bus number 10 from the main bus station in Sibiu (Autogara Sibiu) towards Selimbar. The ride takes about 20 minutes. Disembark at the 'Cetate' stop, which is the closest to Potters Tower. From there, it is a 10-minute walk. Head down Strada Cetății, and you will reach the tower directly. Ensure you have a valid ticket, which costs around 2.5 RON (approximately 0.50 EUR).

Walking

If you are already in the historic part of Sibiu, walking to Potters Tower is a pleasant option. From the Great Square (Piata Mare), head towards the Bridge of Lies (Podul Minciunilor), and continue along Strada Cetății. The walk is about 1.5 km and takes approximately 20-25 minutes.
