Start from the main square in Sighișoara, known as Piața Cetății. Head north towards Strada Scolii and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. Turn left onto Strada 1 Decembrie 1918 and walk until you see the sign for Via Transilvanica. The trail entrance is located near the northern edge of the city.
