Walking
If you are starting from the city center of Târgu Jiu, head north on Strada Săvinești until you reach the intersection with Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. Turn right onto Strada 1 Decembrie 1918 and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Cireșului. Turn left onto Strada Cireșului, and Esplanada Târgu Jiu will be on your right after approximately 300 meters.

Public Transport
From the Târgu Jiu train station, you can take bus number 1 or 2 that goes towards the city center. Get off at the 'Biserica Sf. Gheorghe' stop. From there, walk north on Strada Săvinești until you reach the intersection with Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. Turn right and head straight until you reach Strada Cireșului. Turn left onto Strada Cireșului, and Esplanada Târgu Jiu will be approximately 300 meters ahead on your right.
