Walking
From the center of Butare, head towards the main road (A1). Walk along the A1 heading north for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Nyundo junction. This is a prominent area known for its local shops and restaurants. Continue straight, following the signs towards Kigali.

Public Transport (Bus)
At the Nyundo junction, look for a bus heading to Kigali. Buses frequently depart from this junction. Make sure to tell the driver you want to go to Nyandungu Urban Wetland Eco-tourism Park. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Alight at the stop closest to the park, which is usually near the Urwibutso area.

After getting off the bus, walk towards the park entrance which is located at the address: 24VW+Q4, Kigali. It should be a short 10-minute walk. Follow the signs for the Nyandungu Urban Wetland Eco-tourism Park as you approach.
