If you are driving, start by heading towards the city center of Kigali. From the central business district, take Avenue de la Paix (also known as KG 7 Ave) and continue straight. After about 2 km, turn left onto KG 220 Street. The Rwanda Development Board (RDB) will be located on your right after approximately 500 meters.
