If you are in downtown Kigali, start by heading towards the Kigali Convention Centre. From there, you can find a local moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) or walk to the nearest bus stop. Take a bus heading towards Nyandungu. Request to be dropped off at the Nyandungu Eco-Tourism Park stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the entrance of the park, which is located at coordinates 24VW+Q4. The park is a short distance away and is well-signposted.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a moto-taxi from any location in Kigali. Simply tell the driver 'Nyandungu Urban Wetland Eco-Tourism Park' or show them the address (24VW+Q4, Kigali).
