Walking
If you are starting from the Kigali Convention Centre, exit the main entrance and head southwest on Avenue de l'Amitié. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenue du Commerce. Turn left onto Avenue du Commerce and walk for another 500 meters until you see the signs for Nyirabwana. Continue straight for about 300 meters, and you will arrive at 0011, Kigali.

From the Kigali Genocide Memorial, rent a bicycle from one of the nearby rental shops. Start by cycling east on Avenue de la Justice for about 1 kilometer. Then turn left onto Avenue de l'Amitié. Continue straight for 1.2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenue du Commerce. Turn right onto Avenue du Commerce and cycle for about 500 meters to reach 0011, Kigali.

If you are near the Nyabugogo bus terminal, find the bus heading to Nyirabwana. Make sure to check the destination is listed on the front of the bus.
