    From the center of Muhanga, head towards the main road, known as Avenue du Rwanda. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the bus station, which is a known landmark. From the bus station, take a bus heading to Kigali. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Kigali, ask the driver to drop you off at a stop near KN 90 St. After getting off, walk along KN 90 St for about 5 minutes. The Kandt House Museum will be on your right, recognizable by its distinctive architecture.

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can cycle from Muhanga to Kigali. Begin your journey by heading to Avenue du Rwanda and follow it out of Muhanga town. The ride will take about 1 to 1.5 hours. Stay on the main road, and pay attention to the signs leading to Kigali. Once you arrive in Kigali, look for KN 90 St. You can park your bicycle nearby and walk to the Kandt House Museum, which is about a 5-minute walk from the main road.
