To reach Mu Rusumo from Musanze Caves by car, head south on the Kigali - Ruhengeri Road (N4). Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers. From Musanze Caves, you can take a bus or shared taxi heading towards Kigali. Board at the Musanze bus park. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Nyarutovu.
