    If you are driving from the town of Musanze, take the main road (NR2) heading southeast towards Kigali. Continue for approximately 50 km until you reach the junction with NR5. Turn left onto NR5 and continue for about 25 km. You will see signs for Lakeside Fish Farm as you approach Nyamata. The farm is located at NR5, Nyamata, which will be on your right side.

    From Musanze, take a bus heading to Kigali. The bus fare is usually around 1,500 RWF. Once in Kigali, transfer to a bus going to Nyamata. This bus journey will cost about 1,000 RWF. Upon arrival in Nyamata, you can take a motorcycle taxi (commonly known as 'moto') to Lakeside Fish Farm, which is approximately 5 km away. The moto fare should be around 500-1,000 RWF.
