If you are traveling by car, head towards Kigali from Northern Province. Take the N4 road, which is a major highway connecting Northern Province to Kigali. Continue straight on the N4 for approximately 60 km until you reach the outskirts of Kigali. Once you enter Kigali, follow signs for 'City Center' and merge onto the KN 5 Rd. After about 4 km, take the exit toward KN 7 Rd. Continue on KN 7 Rd for about 2.5 km, then turn left onto the street leading to Vision City. You will see the entrance to Vision City on your right.

For those using public transportation, you can catch a bus from any bus station in Northern Province heading towards Kigali. Buses are available regularly and the fare is typically around RWF 1,500 to RWF 2,000. After arriving at the main bus terminal in Kigali, you can take a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) for about RWF 1,000 to RWF 2,000 directly to Vision City. Be sure to negotiate the fare before starting your ride.
