Getting There

Bicycle
From the center of Ruhengeri, head southeast on Avenue du Commerce. Continue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the main road, RN4. Turn left and follow the RN4 heading towards Musanze. After approximately 4 kilometers, look for a sign for Singita Kwitonda Lodge on your right. Follow the road leading up to the lodge, which is around 1 kilometer off the main highway.

Walking
Starting from the Ruhengeri Market, head towards Avenue du Commerce and walk southeast for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach RN4. Once at RN4, turn left and walk along the road for around 4 kilometers. Keep an eye out for the sign indicating Singita Kwitonda Lodge on the right. From the main road, walk about 1 kilometer up the access road to the lodge.

Motorcycle Taxi (Moto)
In Ruhengeri, you can easily find a motorcycle taxi near the main market area. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Singita Kwitonda Lodge. They will take you directly to the lodge. The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Make sure to mention that you want to be dropped off at the entrance of the lodge, which is off the RN4 road.

If you are part of a guided tour, the guide will typically arrange transportation to Singita Kwitonda Lodge. Ensure to confirm the meeting point, which is often at your accommodation in Ruhengeri.
