To get to the Botanical Gardens of Nevis from Basseterre, first, head to the port area where the ferry terminal is located. You can reach the ferry terminal by walking along the waterfront or asking a local for directions. Once at the terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Nevis. The ferry ride generally takes about 45 minutes. Upon arrival at the Charlestown Ferry Terminal in Nevis, you can either take a taxi or walk to Montpelier Estates. If taking a taxi, tell the driver you want to go to the Botanical Gardens. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

Another option is to take a water taxi from the Basseterre waterfront directly to Nevis. Look for the water taxi service that operates from the dock. After purchasing your ticket, board the water taxi and enjoy the scenic ride, which typically lasts about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the dock in Nevis, hire a taxi or ask for directions to Montpelier Estates. The drive from the dock to the Botanical Gardens should take around 15 minutes.
