Getting There

  • Walking

    From Basseterre, head towards the Ferry Terminal located on the waterfront. When you reach the terminal, you can take a ferry to Nevis, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Charlestown ferry terminal in Nevis, exit the terminal and turn right onto the main road. Continue walking along the road for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction of the Unnamed Road. Turn left onto the Unnamed Road, and after a short walk, you will find New River Estate on your right.

    From Basseterre, walk to the bus terminal located near the Circus. Look for a bus heading towards Nevis or the one that indicates 'Mannings'. Once you board the bus, sit back and enjoy the ride. Tell the driver you need to stop at New River Estate. After approximately 30-40 minutes, the bus will drop you off at a suitable point near the Unnamed Road. From there, walk down the Unnamed Road for a few minutes until you reach New River Estate on your left.

  • Taxi (shared or private)

    If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a taxi from Basseterre. Head to the taxi stand near the Circus and ask for a taxi to New River Estate in Mannings. The drive will take about 20 minutes. If you are taking a shared taxi, be prepared to wait for other passengers to fill the vehicle. Once you arrive at the Unnamed Road, exit the taxi, and New River Estate will be within walking distance.
