Start from the center of Basseterre at Independence Square. From the square, head northwest towards Fort Street until you reach the intersection with Church Street. Turn left onto Church Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of Church Street, which will lead you to the main road (Bay Road). Cross the road and continue onto the Old Road that leads out of Basseterre. Follow Old Road Town as it bends to the right. Keep walking for about 30 minutes; you'll pass through Old Road Town. Romney Manor will be on your left, marked with signs. Look for the entrance that leads into the gardens.

From Basseterre, head to the bus terminal located near the ferry terminal. Look for a bus going to Old Road Town; they are typically marked with their destination.
