Walking
From the center of Basseterre, head west on Cayon Street towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the Bay Road (the main road along the coast). Continue along Bay Road until you reach a fork in the road. Keep left to stay on Bay Road, following signs towards Frigate Bay. After approximately 2 miles, you will reach a point where you can see the Frigate Bay area. Look for a path that leads up to Timothy Hill. The path is marked, and you should follow it uphill until you reach the scenic overlook.

From Basseterre, head to the nearest bus station located near the Circus. Take a bus heading towards Frigate Bay. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Timothy Hill. Once you arrive at Frigate Bay, walk up the road towards the overlook; you can follow the signs that indicate the direction of Timothy Hill. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.
