From the center of Middle Island, head south towards the beach. Follow the signs that direct you to South Friars Bay. As you walk, you will pass several local shops and eateries. Continue until you reach the junction at the end of the road, where you will see a roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout, which leads directly to South Friars Bay. The beach will be on your right after a short walk.
