Walking
From the center of Basseterre, head west on Bay Road (the main road along the waterfront). Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Old Road. Turn left onto the Old Road. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see a sign for Romney Manor on your right. Follow the signs to the entrance.

From Basseterre, walk to the bus terminal located on the corner of Fort Street and Church Street. Look for a bus heading towards Old Road Town. The fare is usually around $2 USD.
