Start your journey from the center of Basseterre, near the Circus roundabout. Head east on Bay Road (the main road) towards Frigate Bay. Continue walking straight for approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km). You will pass several local shops and cafes, giving you a taste of the local culture. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Frigate Bay. As you approach Frigate Bay, you will see a fork in the road. Take the left fork towards Timothy Hill. Continue walking uphill on the unnamed road, and after about 0.5 miles (0.8 km), you will reach Timothy Hill Overlook, where you can enjoy stunning views of the coastline.

From the center of Basseterre, walk to the nearest bus station located near the Circus. Look for a bus heading towards Frigate Bay. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Frigate Bay, ask the driver to drop you off near the main junction. After getting off, walk uphill on the unnamed road towards Timothy Hill for about 0.5 miles (0.8 km). The overlook will be on your right, and you will be greeted with breathtaking panoramic views.
