From Black Rocks, drive south on the main road towards Basseterre. Continue on the main road until you reach the roundabout near the airport. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto the Sir Timothy's Hill Road. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with the South Friars Bay Road. Turn left onto South Friars Bay Road and continue until you reach South Friars Bay.

From Black Rocks, you can take a local bus heading towards Basseterre. Get off at the roundabout near the airport and transfer to a bus that goes towards Frigate Bay. Get off at the stop near South Friars Bay Road and walk the rest of the way to South Friars Bay.
