Getting There
Walking
From the center of Cayon, head south on Main Street towards the sea. Continue walking until you reach the junction with the road leading to Frigate Bay. Turn left onto this road and follow it for about 2.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and restaurants along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing to Frigate Bay. Once you reach Frigate Bay, look for Seahawk Marina on your right. It is located near the beachfront, and you will easily spot the marina entrance.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Cayon village square. Pedal south towards the main road, then turn left at the junction onto the road to Frigate Bay. The ride is approximately 2.5 kilometers and should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace. Enjoy the scenic views along the way. When you arrive at Frigate Bay, look for Seahawk Marina on your right side as you approach the beachfront.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Cayon, head to the nearest bus stop located on Main Street. Look for buses heading to Frigate Bay or Basseterre. Board the bus and inform the driver that you are going to Frigate Bay. The bus ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you reach Frigate Bay, get off at the nearest stop and walk towards the waterfront; Seahawk Marina is located near the beach entrance on your right.
