Walking
Start at the center of Cayon, where you can find the local market. Head west along the main road (Cayon Street) towards the outskirts of the village. Continue on this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading towards Keys Village. At this intersection, take a right turn onto the road towards Keys Village, which is also called the 'Keys Village Road.' Keep walking straight for about 750 meters. You’ll know you are getting close when you see signs for the St. Mary's Biosphere Reserve. The entrance will be on your right, marked with a sign that says 'St. Mary's Biosphere Reserve.'

From Cayon, head to the nearest bus stop located along Cayon Street near the local market. Look for a bus heading towards Keys Village or the nearby areas. Buses run frequently, so you shouldn’t have to wait long. Once you board, inform the driver that you want to go to the St. Mary's Biosphere Reserve. The ride should take about 15 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the closest point to the reserve (he will likely know the area). After getting off, walk back a short distance to find the entrance to the Biosphere Reserve, which should be clearly marked.
