Walking
From Cayon, head south on Main Street towards the junction with the island's main road (also known as the 'Circumference Road'). Continue walking for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Old Road Town. Look for signs indicating 'Central Forest Reserve National Park' or 'Old Road'. Turn left at the intersection and follow the road for approximately another 3 km. You will pass through Old Road Town; keep an eye out for local shops and eateries along the way for a quick break. After leaving the town, you will see the entrance to Central Forest Reserve National Park on your right. The park is marked, and you should see signs indicating the entrance.

Public Transport
From Cayon, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Board a bus heading towards Old Road Town. The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes. You should tell the driver that you are heading to 'Central Forest Reserve National Park' or simply 'Old Road'. The driver will drop you off at a junction near Old Road Town. After disembarking, walk towards the direction of Old Road Town and follow the road signs leading to the park. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the entrance of Central Forest Reserve National Park, which will be on your right.
