Start your journey from the center of Cayon, where you can find the main road (Cayon Street). Head southeast on Cayon Street towards the intersection with the island main road (Bay Road). After approximately 500 meters, you’ll reach the junction. Turn left onto Bay Road and continue walking for about 2 kilometers. This road will take you directly towards Basseterre, the capital of Saint Kitts and Nevis. Once you arrive in Basseterre, keep walking straight until you reach E Independence Street, where you will see the Immaculate Conception Catholic Co-Cathedral on your right.

From Cayon, head to the main bus stop located at the center of the village. Look for a bus heading to Basseterre. The buses are usually marked or you can ask the driver if they are going to Basseterre. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Basseterre, ask the driver to drop you off near E Independence Street. After disembarking, walk a short distance east along E Independence Street, and you will see the Immaculate Conception Catholic Co-Cathedral on your left.
