Getting There

Walking

From the center of Charlestown, head east on Main Street towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, where you'll see the ferry terminal on your left. Cross the road and take the path leading towards the beach area. Follow the pathway along the coastline. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Pinneys Beach. The beach will be on your right side, and you can enjoy the beautiful views and sandy shores.
Public Bus

Locate the bus stop at the corner of Main Street and the Ferry Terminal. Look for a bus heading towards Frigate Bay or Pinneys Beach. The buses are usually marked with their destinations. Board the bus and pay the fare directly to the driver. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when you arrive at Pinneys Beach. Once you get off the bus, walk down the path to the beach.
Taxi

Find a taxi stand near the main square in Charlestown. Taxis are usually available and can be identified by their 'Taxi' sign on top. Inform the driver that you want to go to Pinneys Beach. The taxi ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to agree on a fare before you start the journey, as taxis in Saint Kitts do not use meters. The taxi will drop you off directly at the entrance to Pinneys Beach.
