Walking
From the center of Cotton Ground, head towards the main road that leads to Basseterre. Walk along the road for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with the main highway. Turn left at the intersection and continue walking. After approximately 10 minutes, you will see signs for Frigate Bay. Follow the signs to your left, and in about 5 minutes, you will arrive at Frigate Bay, which is known for its beautiful beach and vibrant atmosphere.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Cotton Ground, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the main road. Look for the bus heading towards Basseterre. The bus ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the Frigate Bay stop, which is well-marked. After disembarking, walk towards the beach area, which is just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
