From Cotton Ground, head north towards the main road (Cayon Road). Walk along the road for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the intersection at the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the Bay Road (also known as the South East Peninsula Road). Continue walking along the Bay Road for about 25 minutes until you reach the entrance to Basseterre. Once you enter Basseterre, keep walking straight until you reach The Circus, a circular plaza. The Berkeley Memorial is located in the center of The Circus, marked by a tall clock tower. It should be directly in front of you as you enter the plaza.
